As you progress, you can change your routine schedule to at least 30 minutes, four to six times weekly. When exercising, exert enough energy into it so as to improve your breathing and heart rate as well. To fully maximize the benefits of exercise, you should find it important to warm up before you start with your main routine and cool down after it.

 

It is important that you constantly monitor your pace and also your goals. In case you have a health condition that could increase your risk of injury, it is best that to first consult your doctor before engaging to a particular exercise routine.
